These Terms govern your use of the Shayyid platform (“the Service”), operated by Next Generation IT Services (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Shayyid is a no-code work management platform provided on a subscription basis. We may add, modify, or remove features over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on the basis set out at sign-up (monthly or annually). Fees are charged through our payment provider. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create on the platform. You grant us the limited right to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
Intellectual property
The platform, its software, and branding remain our property. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may carry out maintenance from time to time.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is”.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and any disputes are subject to its courts.
